Hi Lot66! Wow,some cool rides you've got there, :-) ! Humber,Raleigh;what else you have?I'm not a great enthusiast of classic bicycles,but I really do like old roadsters:those with 28" Westwood-type rims,rod brakes,etc.
I have a 1957 Gazelle(by Raleigh Industries,Nottingham)with Sturmey Archer drum brakes, front and rear, and plain single-speed hub(unlike those 3-spd SA hub gear),but it's still undergoing restoration at a local bikeshop, :-) ! The old boss is taking his own sweet time to do my bike, but I'm not in any hurry to take it back,as I'm now busy with the many works on my 1972 Merc(W114;230).
I do have a newer bike:a 1970s' Robin Hood(Nottingham)Sports,but it's now kept inside my bedroom(with flat tyres!)as I RARELY ride it anymore.-sigh-
Hopefully,I'll get to ride my old Gazelle again;it brings back many fun memories when I was in secondary school,as I used to ride it to school, and everywhere else for that matter, back then.Mine was the ONLY Roadster in the students' bike compound back then, :-) !
Well, those were the good ol' days, :-) !
OK,all the best,BYE for now and GOD BLESS!!! :-) :-) :-)
Regards,
W.L.SOON.
