I have a Mini Minor 1964 modified with a Japan Auto Fuel Injection 1.3i Engine.

At trafic lights or when going up a sloppy road, the fuel doesn't seem to flow smooth and the car slows down and sometimes stops moving.

When restarting the engine, it car moves a little then stops.
Restarting again fails and the car stalls.

This breakdown occurs twice at night and have to leave it overnight to get a mechanic and it starts smoothly but moves slowly.

Mini mechanic says he doesnt have a Special Scanner to Diagnose the troubleshooting and he can't repair the car as he doesnt know where is the problem.

Anybody can help advise?
Or anyone knows of any workshop in Penang that has the Scanner for Mini Fuel Injection Engine?
