Not sure anyone who has this device here in malaysia but you could try to check the fuel pump. Does the pump run when the engine is cranking? The pump should make a little noise. No noise would tell you the pump is not spinning.

Before getting that out you could also check the fuel pump relay. If you dont know try checking the wiring diagram or ask a wireman to check on the relay.
