i ended up at proton city, what a sight was waiting for me, at least 5 thousand cars (the office guy told me 10 thousand) in the worlds biggest scrap yard.

i went to the office, i was told i can buy, but in minimum lots of 100 engines etc....the guy said it was ok for me to look around......jeeeezzzus, fiat 124's early jap stuff mercs you name its there..........all to be cut.

what a crying shame, the only positive thing was that the older stuff in good order like moggy minors etc seemed to be put to one side.....hopefully to be saved, at least for parts.......
