... and his bar is of course called Ringo, just opposite Geographer's Cafe. He plays on weekend nights and on the eve of public holidays and festivities. I am a regular there and I must admit he's quite good with the guitar too and has gone on to record a CD containing cover tracks of songs he usually plays. Anyone who visits Malacca should pop by Ringo's, the bar/pub/antique shop is quite small but is well decorated with old photos, signage, plaques etc etc and on weekends his crowd is comparable with Geographer's! A heart warming story of a little-good-old-owner-run-establishment trumping the more established, capitalist backed cafe bar :) He bought a Harley a couple of years back but ended up offloading it soon after, it was a hardtail and apparently the stiff ride was a little too much for his liking. Aero fuel? Isn't that kerosene? I have heard of the old rotary engines running on kerosene, but never a conventional engine. What modifications were needed? On the subject matter of Fords, do you know the whereabouts of a few race Capris which wore Rothmans livery? Regards,
