I think I have also got my facts wrong with regards to the Capris being raced but nontheless, those were indeed very nice cars!

Thanks for taking the effort to get the pics, but it would be an added bonus if someone in this forum owns or know the owner of those Capri as a stock Capri is already rare enough.

I know of/Saw 4 before, 1 was all stripped bare, missing engine, with lots of rust in USJ, one near PD with a Datsun engine, made an offer through the upholstery shop owner but owner was not willing to listen to any, one runner around Setapak/Wangsa Maju area, originality unknown and one converted from 1300 to 1600turbo owned by a former colleague, never seen in flesh, but was featured in our company's magazine :)
