CH, you don't really need the permission of the publishers to put out a pic of the magazine's front cover. Put the magazine on a table and take a pic showing the whole magazine and part of the table. Alternatively, go to a bookshop or newsstand and take a pic of the magazine being displayed there. However, you can't do the same to the contents inside the magazine without permission. This comes under the legal doctrine of "fair use". |
