Penang Hill is about 2500ft high- Hiking up the 4 mile jungle trek will take you anything from 1.5 hrs upwards-taking the jeep however will take about 10-15 mins. You can also use the same vehicle access road to climb/walk up, some athletic people mountain bike up that road.
