I'm sorry but does the Hill Railway not have a management process that can say "Look folks, this cable is nearing its replacement date, let's order another". Surprised also it doesn't carry a spare on site! It all seems terribly unnecessary to close it down for so long and must be so inconvenient for those living on the Hill. |
