Penang Hill is one of those places that has a lot of potential as a tourist attraction but more needs to be done. I know developing PH has been discussed before but fizzled out. Lets face it, is it enough to squeeze yourself in one of those train carriages for half an hour or more (when it is in operation) just to go on the canopy walk, breathe the cool air and admire the views?. |
